When you fill out our lead form or otherwise interact with us, we may collect the following personal information:

The primary purpose of collecting your information is to check which carriers serve your address and to contact you about internet, TV, and phone service from the carriers OTI Shop represents. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Determine which providers offer service at your address
• Compare plans and pricing on your behalf and present options to you
• Contact you by phone, text message, or email to discuss available options
• Place an order with the carrier you choose
• Respond to questions or requests you submit to us

To place an order for service, we share the relevant portions of your personal information with the carrier whose service you elect to sign up for. This typically includes your name, service address, and contact details so that the carrier can complete installation and activation of your service. We share only the information necessary to fulfill your order.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise exchange your personal information for value. Your information is only shared with the carrier you select and, where needed, with our service providers who help us operate our business under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

When you submit our lead form, you will see a consent checkbox with specific wording. By ticking that checkbox, you agree that OTI Shop may contact you by phone, text message, and email — including by automated means such as pre-recorded calls, artificial voice, and SMS — at the phone number and email address you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

When you give consent, we record the exact wording of the consent language you were shown along with the date and time you gave it. This record is retained as evidence of your consent.

You may withdraw your consent or opt out of further contact at any time by calling us at (844) 978-2095 or emailing info@otishop.net with the subject line "Opt Out." We will process your opt-out request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect any communications or orders that were already placed before we received your opt-out request.

If you do not move forward with a service order, we typically retain your information for up to 24 months from the date of your submission so that we can respond to any follow-up questions and maintain records of consent. After that period, your information is deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for legal or operational reasons.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we delete your personal information.
